Karl Pointer
Coach Pointer is starting his 13th year at CHS and his 25th year overall. He has coached at Fort Worth Dunbar (2 years), Irving Cistercian (3 years), and at Plano East for 7 years. He completed his undergraduate degree at Eastern New Mexico University (1995) and his Master’s in Education from Lamar University (2012). Currently he teaches Chemistry & Biology and is the Head Track Coach. He and his wife Laurel have been married for 23 years.
