Kit Pehl serves as the Athletic Director for Coppell ISD, bringing 15 years of leadership within Coppell Athletics and a distinguished coaching career spanning more than 250 varsity victories. A Baylor University graduate with degrees in History and Physical Education, Pehl coached 29 future collegiate players, including three NCAA Tournament participants and seven professional players, one of whom became an NBA Draft pick. He believes athletics provide a unique opportunity to build relationships while pursuing excellence through competition. Pehl considers it an honor to be called “Coach” and is passionate about helping young people grow through the experiences athletics provide. A fifth-generation Texan, he enjoys fishing and traveling in his free time.
